DEPARTMENT/LOCATION: Sales/Laval
POSITION: Business Development Manager

Job Accountabilities:

In this position for our Branch office in Laval, you are responsible for sales and marketing activities for Premier Quebec Region. Implementing our Marketing Plan aimed at enhancing/expanding our broker base. Supporting the underwriting team with their goals of high customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term corporate goals.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bilingual
  • 5 to 10 years of commercial and personal lines insurance experience.
  • Background, experience, and/or knowledge of sales
  • Willingness to travel frequently and independently
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Dynamic personality and willingness to maintain professional appearance and conduct. Ability to leave a positive impression with brokers.

Compensation:
