In light of the recent Canada Post Labour Disruption, we will continue to strive to provide you with excellent service in the event of an interruption in mail service. Please take note of how this may affect you and the steps that need to be taken:
Policy Documents:
- If you are currently receiving your policy documents via email, you will see no interruptions.
- If you receive policy documents via ICS, you may see a slight delay due to volume.
- If you receive your policy documents via Canada Post, please provide an email address where all policy documents can be emailed. You can send this address to premierbrokers@premiergroup.ca. Please put “URGENT CANADA POST EMAIL ADDRESS” in the subject line so our team can work quickly to update your contact information in our database.
Statements:
- No change in the distribution of statements, you will continue to receive these as usual.
Payments:
- Statements will continue to be payable on the regular due date.
- Payments can be made by EFT or ClearPay, or you can use your preferred courier service (ICS, Purolator, FedEx, etc.).
