This interactive and educational Webinar is designed to give you a refresher in the Sales Process while at the same time highlight some of the ethical dilemmas that you can face along the way.

We will cover topics such as:

  • What is the definition of Ethics?
  • What are the common steps in the sales process and what ethical dilemmas can you face at each step?
  • We will review an example of a Provincial Code of Ethics Open discussion on Ethics

This Webinar is run Nationally (set up in EST), therefore the start time in each Time Zone is;
