Lisa Cryer has spent 18 years in the insurance industry with specialized expertise in Commercial Auto. Throughout her career, she has built a strong foundation of insurance knowledge, client-focused solutions, and the ability to navigate complex coverage needs.  

When not talking strategy or building relationships, Lisa can usually be found enjoying a great cup of coffee- or reminiscing about her days as a figure skater, where she perfected balance, precision, and the occasional impressive spin. Those skills still come in handy, especially when navigating the fast-paced world of insurance.

Alyssa Turner

Alyssa brings 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on personal lines. She spent 9 years with a brokerage, where she had the opportunity to sharpen her skills and expertise. In 2022, Alyssa made the leap to the company side, starting with Premier as a Personal Lines Underwriter before stepping into the role of Assistant Director of Personal Lines last year.  

Having worn both Broker and Underwriter hats, Alyssa is eager to leverage her unique skill set to discover new ways to collaborate and achieve success. Outside of work, she enjoys a good patio on a sunny day, long walks with her dog and being active! 

Marie-Pier Robichaud

Marie-Pier has been working in the insurance industry since 2011, building over a decade of expertise across both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines. Her career journey includes 13 successful years as a broker, where she not only supported clients but also gained valuable experience managing an office team. For the past two years, Marie-Pier has taken on the role of Business Development and New Business Underwriter, where she thrives on creating and strengthening relationships.  

When Marie-Pier isn’t connecting with insurance professionals, she’s busy keeping up with her twins who she credits for sharpening her patience, adaptability, and expert-level communication skills! She also has a soft spot for life’s simple pleasures: you’ll often find her enjoying a great cup of coffee with a good book in hand.
