Charity Contest Winner – Children’s Treatment Centre (CTC). The CTC was established in 1996 and has received NO (Municipal, Provincial or Federal Funding) to date. They are 100% community based/funded and deliver their services locally. The Children’s Treatment Centre is committed to the treatment and healing (through registered psychotherapists) of childhood abuse.
