Unclaimed property is money held by Premier Marine or Premier Canada Assurance that may be money owing to you, such as an uncashed cheque from a policy refund or claim payment. Though we make every effort to contact our customers to ensure the held property is delivered, there are times when property remains unclaimed.  

The provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, New Brunswick and Quebec have regulations requiring holders of unclaimed property to make reasonable efforts to locate and notify the owners of the property that is unclaimed.
